Staff are very polite and helpful. They provided us an electric kettle since we love coffee and staying up late. The transportation in the area is very accessible. The water heater is working properly. The aircon is cool. We enjoyed our stay.

Location is near restaurants and landmarks. It’s 5-15 mins walk to places like Roxas Night Market, People’s Park, and National Museum. Water pressure and air-conditioning are strong. They also have a heater. Wifi is strong.

This is a really great hotel! The rooms are nicely decorated, spacious and very clean and it is quiet for an undisturbed nights sleep. The staff are all very friendly and were accommodating to my needs. I would recommend this hotel for staying in Davao - Everything that you could desire during your stay is easily accessible, with the downtown and Roxa's night market a few minutes walk just around the corner.
